Countertop edge profiles for Granite & Quartz

Our Carrara quartz island features a clean-cut 45° mitered return all around with matching side gables

Standard Profiles

When purchasing a kitchen countertop, standard worktop edging is no additional cost. Our three standard profiles are Pencil Edge, Half Bullnose, and Full Bullnose Edges. Standard countertop profile edges are automatically included in worktop prices unless a Premium or Complex profile is requested.

Standard profile edges are no extra charge.

Premium Profiles

Our 3 premium countertop profile edges are Ogee Edge, New York, and Christians Edges. There is an additional cost per running meter for worktop edging with premium profiles.

Complex Profiles

5cm New York edges, 6cm Christians, and 45° Mitered edges have an extra cost per running meter.

Modern and traditional worktop edging

Whether you have a contemporary or a traditional kitchen, our worktop edging will complement your design. Available in 2 and 3cm thick, all profiles come with a highly polished finish for easy maintenance. It’s also important to remember that upstands and splashbacks, should you require them, come with a standard pencil edge.

Standard Worktop Edging

When requesting a price for granite or quartz worktops, it’s important to remember our standard profile edging is free of charge. With this in mind, our Pencil edges are most requested and complement both new and traditional kitchens alike. Standard edges are highly polished and can be applied to both 2 and 3cm thick worktops.

Premium Worktop Edging

Our most popular premium edge is the Ogee. Unlike the New York and Christian edges which are quite traditional, the Ogee is more contemporary and complements new kitchen designs extremely well. All premium profiles have a highly polished finish and can be applied to both 2 and 3cm quartz and granite worktops alike.

Complex Worktop Edging

Unlike other worktop profile edges, complex edging involves the integrating or merging together of materials. This gives the illusion of a thicker countertop or in the case of our 45° miter edge, a seamless worktop, with no exposed joints. Subsequently, quartz and granite worktop prices are more expensive with complex profiles.

Worktop Profiles to suit all budgets

Coupled with our standard profile edges prices for quartz countertops will undoubtedly be less expensive. However, if your budget can stretch a little further our premium or complex profiles are also worth considering. In any event, additional features for kitchen worktops such as sink drainers, profile edges and splashbacks or window sills should all be taken into consideration when requesting kitchen worktop prices. Not to mention, countertop installation costs will also vary depending on where you are located.

Please Note: The above costs for Premium and Complex profile edges on granite or quartz countertops are charged per running meter.
