Fulfillment
Depending on the type of product and your location delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 28 working days. Once you have placed an order with kitchenworktops.ie an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details being submitted.
We reserve the right to update our prices. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price. Delivery of Goods
Products subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are only approximate. If delivery is delayed for more than 28 working days you have the right to refuse to accept the product/s. In such a case, we will refund any money paid for items and delivery money you have been charged. We will not be responsible for losses, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those items

If the order is dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
